None of the above is correct. The correct company title is one word only: Shonengahosha, as stated at the bottom of their homepage and copyright page of their tankoubon.

EDIT: On the copyright page of their releases, I found them using Shonen Gahosha Co with a dot. I'd say we stick with #105 then; no need to create a new entry.

Actually, according to this page, they prefer the singular form.

Kana should be merged with her mother company Dargaud. Kana is the manga subdivision of Dargaud.
On the Kana website, they mention the Dargaud adress as editorial direction.

For these entries, I suggest you keep the manga subcompany as publisher, as this name is also printed on the books.
Another possibility (which I like less) is combination of the names as in Akata/Delcourt, where Akata is the Manga division of Delcourt (see their website).

Note that since november 2005, Delcourt has bought majority of shares in the company Tonkam, but Tonkam, as well as Akata, remains as an independent publisher.
