Studio Wanpack スタジオワンパック is entered several different ways. The official site ( http://wanpack.main.jp/ ) uses "Wanpack" so all the other ones should be merged:

According to CrystalAcids, Studiopolis was used to be called Studio E so you might want to change the Studio E entries into Studiopolis.

RTL2 The common name, as shown on TV, is neither the first nor the second entry, it's RTL 2 (with a gap in front of the number), or "RTL II" to be very exact... RTL4 RTL 4 (correct) These two are mixtures of 2 companies and don't contain any entries, so you can just delete them: RTL2 Television ,Tele 5 RTL2,MTV 2 Pop |

Televisa Canal 5 and Televisa S.A. de C.V. should be merged into one company called just Televisa. Televisa Canal 5 is one of the channels from the company, they have Canal 5 and Canal 2. But they usually broadcast Anime on Canal 5, not Canal 2.
