3rd Live-Action Rurouni Kenshin Film Gets 3 New TV Spots

2nd sequel film opened September 13
The official website for Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen (Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends), the second of two live-action Rurouni Kenshin sequel films, began streaming three new television commercials on Monday.

The film premiered in Japan on September 13 on 434 screens and sold 717,958 tickets for 919,479,200 yen (about US$8.57 million). It beat the previous Rurouni Kenshin film to earn biggest live-action opening in 2014.
Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen (Ruroni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno) and Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen (Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends), are both now showing in theaters in Japan.
