In ep 1 at 19:58 & 20:46 there are references to Death Note such as the notebooks font and the way the book is opened.
Chiwa mentions she listens to the American band the Red Hot Chili Peppers at 15:31. This is probably another Death Note reference since their music was used in the live action movies.
In ep 3 at 6:49-7:07 there is a Dragon Ball Z parody including powering up and a scouter.
In ep 6 at 5:17-5:49. One of burning fighting fighter's angel's is named Asuka Ayanami. She says Anta baka. This is a reference to Evangelion's Asuka and Rei's last name is Ayanami. Eita wrote her voice actress as Hayashibara the voice of Rei in Evangelion.
Im ep 6 at 5:55-6:15. His second angel is Rei Tsukino. She says oshioki yo and has the same last name as Sailor Moon. She is a shrine maiden like Rei and Michie is her voice actress.
In ep 6 at 6:17-6:34. The third angel is Sakura Daigouji. This is a Cardcaptors reference. Tomoyo's last name is Daigouji and the main character is Sakura. The drawing that looks like a cat is Kero. Her voice actress is Sakura Iwao. Sakura plays Sakura and Iwao plays Tomoyo.
The main female character family names by order of introduction (Harusaki, Natsukawa, Akishina and Furuumi) follow the Japanese names and progress of the four seasons ("Haru"(春)=spring, "Natsu"(夏)=summer, "Aki"(秋)=fall and "Furu"(冬)=winter).
In ep 12 at 3:46 hime say : I have finally conquered the Grnd Line (reference to OnePiece)
In Episode 2, the way Natsukawa Masuzu says "Good!", sounds like Daniel J. D'arby from the anime "JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken". Later, Natsukawa Masuzu tells Harusaki Chiwa if anybody asks who her favorite artist/musician is, she should respond by picking any name of any "Stand" from "JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken" manga Part 4.
In episode 3, around 4:05, Eita talks about a Newtype being placed under house arrest. This resembles the story of Amuro Ray during Zeta Gundam
In episode 7, when Eita receives a text from Masuzu at 11:35, his ringtone for her is The Imperial March from the Star Wars film franchise.
In episode 7, at 4:58, Himeka wraps herself in the blanket in a style referencing Erio Touwa from Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko.
