I was wondering if this would ever get released. Netflix for the save!
I wonder if they could also pick up Anthen of the Heart and Her Blue Sky. I think those are the only big Okada films that have never been officially released stateside. |

Anthem of the Heart has never gone to streaming, but it was screened in theaters and released on Blu-ray (at Aniplex USA prices, of course) at least. Her Blue Sky is the big missing piece, for whatever reason. |

Unfortunately, yes. I saw the movie in Sapporo last month and there were hardly any people in the cinema. I wish more people saw it because it's a hidden gem and the ending song by Miyuki Nakajima is hauntingly beautiful. I also wish the movie came out on the big screen first instead of being released directly on a streaming service. |
