This was my feeling also about this anthology. There is just something so special about Tomoki Izumi's art and storytelling style that most of the contributors to this anthology were not quite able to capture. Like the review said, there were a couple that worked very well, but most are just OK
I'd say if you love Mieruko-chan and want a little something to tide you over until the next volume comes out, then this is perfectly fine, otherwise you should probably look at a sample first |
