I’m gonna go out on a limb here and assume “oliveige” is either a super archaic word or a completely made up one. I’m usually pretty good with color vocabulary and this is my first time coming across the term—though I have noticed that web novel protags with unusual hair colors tend to struggle with how to translate those colors into English—a heroine with specifically “lime-blonde” hair springs to mind.

After an evening with the Oxford English Dictionary (first my 1930s hard copy and then the online updated one), I'm going with "completely made up." There are words that cover what I think they were going for, like "olivine," but they're also the names of minerals and better known in that context, so questionable choices were made.
