I can't see Shoya Chiba's character and not think "Shin if he were in a Gundam show."

While the original series was disappointing with its development, mech and character wise, this one actually looks interesting.

Seeing Jin, first person to come to mind was Dingo. Hope blank paper (Back-On + Koda Kumi) perform the OP song.

I was honestly bored of this show after season 1 and dropped it but just for the fact that the key visual does the "giant robot showing off their equipment" trope, i am honestly intrested (alongside the fact there are new main characters because the original trio was just boring)

As a demonstration of Sunrise Beyond’s ability to animate 2D mecha, it succeeded wildly. As a plot, AMAIM was quite dull. Here’s hoping an OVA set in this world comes up with a plot interesting enough to match its technical goals.
