I looked on a few sites and I couldn't find any they tagged it as yuri, though it also doesn't seem like there's a male self insert lead either.

MAL has LN tagged with "girls love". Though, it is not the best source.

From what I've heard there is some Yuri, but that isn't present until much later in the story. The story, at least starting out, is a character drama with some very light subtext here and there. The manga art is also extremely good and I'm a bit worried judging by this promo art that the anime will look a little flat in comparison. That being said everything I've read so far is great and I hope this adaptation is very successful.
