I dont get it why would they move these titles and not just have them in both places?

To drive people to those platforms, if they are starting a new platform then an already popular series moving to it exclusively will force people to go to that platform to continue reading it. |

Also seems like a big blow to manga time kirara seeing as it looks like it will host more then just their series. And losing the manga time brand also doesn't seem good for the series.
